Banana-Pineapple Breakfast Shake
Prep Time: 5 minutes Yield: Makes 4 servings Ingredients: 2 cups plain fat-free yogurt 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained 1 ripe medium banana 8 packets sugar substitute 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 cup ice cubes Fresh pineapple slices (optional) Preparation: 1. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into 4 serving glasses. Garnish with pineapple slices. Tip: This recipe is perfect for a party or another special occasion.
