I have this ready to take to our Prime Timers the seniors program at the church, this and a sugar free Banana Pie, so I hope every one will enjoy these dishes, it is really good, I have made both before, and I like them, many seniors have diabetes is why the sugar free dish, me for one, lol have a great day.

Interesting and nice for a hot day (like today!). I might make this for supper. It's a lot like the Ramen Salad recipe I just posted on my blog yesterday. I sure do hate to cook when it's hot!
