1.Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and seasoned salt; set aside.

2.In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, Parmesan cheese and butter. Drain spaghetti; add to egg mixture and toss to coat.

3.Place half of the spaghetti mixture in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Top with half of the cottage cheese, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Uncover; bake 20-25 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

*Now this is a wonderful apple pie that will just turn your tastebuds wild, I do love this pie. Your family will love it too.

IRON SKILLET APPLE PIE

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter

1 cup brown sugar
5 Granny Smith apples-peeled, cored, quartered, and thinly sliced
3 (9 inch) refrigerated pie crusts
1 cup white sugar, divided
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon butter, cut into small chunks

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 1/2 cup butter into a heavy cast iron skillet, and melt butter in the oven. Remove skillet and sprinkle with brown sugar, return to oven to heat while you prepare the apples. Remove skillet, and place 1 refrigerated pie crust on top of the brown sugar. Top the pie crust with half the sliced apples. Sprinkle apples with 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon; place a second pie crust over the apples; top the second crust with the remaining apples, and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Top with the third crust; sprinkle the top crust with 1/4 cup sugar, and dot with 1 tablespoon butter. Cut 4 slits into the top crust for steam. Bake in the preheated oven until the apples are tender and the crust is golden brown, about 45 minutes. Serve warm.

I hope you enjoy and use these tried and tested recipes, I made the baked Spaghetti for a church event and every one just loved it and wanted the recipe, the apple pie is a must for every meal, giggles, NOT I would be big as my barn if I ate it daily. Hope you have a very blessed weekend, stay warm, safe, and I will see you next time. Oh yeah wanted to show you our little ELF too, Zoie is ready for Christmas.

Her face is hidden under the hood

Barbara,

These recipes sound yummy!

In regards to the baked spagetti, would be it alright to omit the cottage cheese? I say this because I don't like the taste of it.

Blessings,
