The Calm After The Storm

Last Nights Sky after the storm passed. It reminds me of the song. Til The Storm Passes Over:

FROM THE DARK OF THE MIDNIGHT HAVE I OFT HID MY FACE
WHILE THE STORM ROLLS ABOVE ME AND THERE'S NO HIDING PLACE
NEATH THE CRASH OF THE THUNDER , PRECIOUS LORD HEAR MY CRY
KEEP ME SAFE TIL THE STORM PASSES BY

TIL THE STORM PASSES OVER AND THE THUNDER SOUNDS NO MORE
TIL THE CLOUDS ROLL FOREVER FROM THE SKY, HOLD ME FAST LET ME STAND IN THE HOLLOW OF YOUR HAND , KEEP ME SAFE TIL THE STORM PASSES BY

MANY TIMES SATAN WHISPERS THERE IS NO USE TO TRY FOR THERES NOT END OF SORROW THERES NO HOPE IN THE BY AND BY
BUT I KNOW THAT THOU ART WITH ME AND TOMORROW I'LL RISE
WHERE THE STORM NEVER DARKENS THE SKY

WHEN THE LONG NIGHT HAS ENDED AND THE STORM COMES NO MORE
MAY I DWELL IN THY PRESENCE ON THAT BRIGHT PEACEFUL SHORE
IN THAT LAND WHERE NO STORM EVER COMES LORD MAY I
DWELL WITH THEE TILL THE STORM PASSES BY.

The Scripture I found is Ps 107:29  "He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still."  He calms the sea, he calms the storms he calms me.

Now after the rain and storm you see the beauty it has left, everything is so very
green now, and simply gorgeous. The road out front of our house, and the
beautiful wild flowers God has placed in our area for us to enjoy.

Song of Solomon 2:12 "The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land;"

Well that is time spent here today, may God bless you with all the beauty that surrounds you daily, stop and smell the flowers along the way, it makes the way seem easier and lots more fun.

wow - so nice...

we had some tornadoes through our area here in NE Louisiana last night. One came pretty close to our house and did some rearranging on our patio and the siding on our house! Praise God He protected our lives!

We sang that in morning services just a week ago. Life has so many storms, but He is always with us, even in the calm afterward. Thanks for bringing this back kto mind.

We sing this song at our church. It is very encouraging. Thanks for sharing. Gonna share it with someone I know having a hard time. We are suppose to have more storms in my part of Georgia between 6 and 9 tonight. Boy, it has been so windy today too. So Thankful God controls the storms. Blessings to you.

Satan has decieved the whole world Rev 12:9 until a woman delivers the true word John 1:1 to the world Rev 12:5,13. The true word is now being delivered from the wilderness Rev 12:6 at http://minigoodtale.wordpress.com
Satans lies are exposed. The true word of God is going to the whole world as a witness.
