Tuesday X's Two

Yep the second Tuesday of the month of October, wow time is flying by, seems like yesterday was Spring, now Spring has passed, Summer has passed, and Fall is here, soon Winter will be here, are you ready for all this change? I am not able to catch up for some reason, and now winter will be here soon, and it reminds me of how fast life does pass by. Just as the seasons come and go years pass just as quickly, one of the first verses I remembered was James 4:14 Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. I did not understand it much back then, (I was in my youth) now I see exactly what it was saying, and it has passed too quickly, thank God I was saved, or I may of missed that opportunity to be in the Rapture when it comes.

I see so many of the scriptures in reality now, I suppose I am in the Winter of my life, not sure what age group that entails, but I know I am not a Spring Chicken, that is a fact, lol. So as I see this month slip away I see it as one day closer as to be with my Jesus, the time is fast approaching, and I am glad I know where I will spend eternity.

You have a blessed Tuesday, and not sure why I thought of this, just old age setting in and seeing day by day in a different light.

Hi Barbara, You changed your email address.. Surprised me since your email comment went into my junk mail... Glad I found it...

YES---time is flying by, and the older we get, the faster it seems to go...Of course, getting older and moving more slowly doesn't help either... ha ha

Have a wonderful day.
Hugs,
Betsy

I rather prefer to think of myself in the late Fall of my life (I'm 63). Early Winter comes about 85 :)

Happy Autumn, Barbara. It seems as I grow older, Bible verses and hymns mean so much more than when I simply memorized them when I was very young. Wishing you a lovely fall day.

Time does seem to fly by the older we get. I don't look at the years as much anymore. I'll be 55 soon..I don't know what season that puts me in.
Blessings,
Anita
