A few month ago we took a trip up to Hiawassee, GA we seen some of the most beautiful country around, and one thing of interest we found was an old mill, that made Sorghum, here are some photo of that and hope you enjoy they as much as we did, we had a blast, from seeing the orchards in Blairsville, to eating at at all you can eat Country place in Dillard, oh yeah and eating at a pizza buffet too, the best I ever ate. So here are the photos I hope you enjoy them, have a very blessed weekend, and lots of hugs from me to you.

I haven't been to the Dillard House in years...my DH loves sorghum with a buttered biscuit...
I totally forgot about sorghum molasses. My dad loved fresh hot baked biscuits with butter and sorghum. :)
