All Arrayed In White

Meet The Love of My Life
June is a time when all young girls are thinking of marriage, and some are preparing for the big wedding day, There is much preparation in a wedding.
Now let me tell you about my bridegroom, he is the best of the best, the most awesome, the most refined, the greatest of great, the most wonderful and total all around groom any one could ever imagine, He is one willing to lay down his life for me, the one who will take care of me forever. Below are some attributes of my coming bridegroom, and my earnest desire is that you have are ready to meet him too, that you have been prepared by the Master himself, set apart, and made ready for his love, his service, his coming day to make you his bride. If you are not ready, today is the accepted time, today is the day of salvation, please do not wait any longer, call out to him today, and make him your Saviour, then on that very special day you will be his bride.
I am going to share these wonderful scriptures with you, it tells you exactly how wonderful my groom is, what he looks like, and it shows the love in my heart for him. The scripture is found in the Songs of Solomon,
5:2 I sleep, but my heart waketh: it is the voice of my beloved that knocketh, saying, Open to me, my sister, my love, my dove, my undefiled: for my head is filled with dew, and my locks with the drops of the night.
5:3 I have put off my coat; how shall I put it on? I have washed my feet; how shall I defile them?
5:4 My beloved put in his hand by the hole of the door, and my bowels were moved for him.
5:5 I rose up to open to my beloved; and my hands dropped with myrrh, and my fingers with sweet smelling myrrh, upon the handles of the lock.
5:6 I opened to my beloved; but my beloved had withdrawn himself, [and] was gone: my soul failed when he spake: I sought him, but I could not find him; I called him, but he gave me no answer.
5:7 The watchmen that went about the city found me, they smote me, they wounded me; the keepers of the walls took away my veil from me.
5:8 I charge you, O daughters of Jerusalem, if ye find my beloved, that ye tell him, that I am sick of love.
5:9 What is thy beloved more than another beloved, O thou fairest among women? what is thy beloved more than another beloved, that thou dost so charge us?
5:10 My beloved is white and ruddy, the chiefest among ten thousand.
5:11 His head is as the most fine gold, his locks are bushy, and black as a raven.
5:12 His eyes are as the eyes of doves by the rivers of waters, washed with milk, and fitly set. 5:13 His cheeks are as a bed of spices, as sweet flowers: his lips like lilies, dropping sweet smelling myrrh.
5:14 His hands are as gold rings set with the beryl: his belly is as bright ivory overlaid with sapphires.
5:15 His legs are as pillars of marble, set upon sockets of fine gold: his countenance is as Lebanon, excellent as the cedars.
5:16 His mouth is most sweet: yea, he is altogether lovely. This is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem.
This is what the girls today would say is a real hunk, and he is mine, he is my life, my love, he is coming for his bride and we will go to meet him in the air, let us be ready, for in such an hour as we think not, he will come. He Promised.
We will forever be with him in heaven, that really makes me excited how about you, lets tell everyone we know about our Jesus and introduce him to all our friends and loved ones. He is the Lord or Lords, King of Kings and my coming bride groom.

Christian Gospel Song

CHANGED LIKE A BUTTERFLY
ONE AUTUMN DAY I WATCHED, A CATERPILLAR CLIMB A TREE. HE WRAPPED HIMSELF IN SILKEN THREAD, SAFE FROM THE WORLD WAS HE THEN WINTER CAME WITH COLD AND RAIN, BUT HE WAS SAFE INSIDE, AND WITH THE SPRING A MIRACLE GOD MADE A BUTTERFLY
(CHORUS)
AMAZING GRACE, HOW CAN IT BE? OH, PRAISE HIS HOLY NAME, HE WRAPPED ME IN HIS THREADS OF LOVE, I'LL NEVER BE THE SAME, ONE BLESSED DAY, I'LL SEE HIS FACE, HE'LL SPLIT THE EASTERN SKY! THEN WITH HIS SHOUT, I'LL FLY AWAY, CHANGED LIKE A BUTTER FLY.
(VERSE 2)
MY LIFE WAS RUINED, I HAD NO HOPE; A HELL-BOUND ROAD I TROD. BUT THEN I MET THE SAVIOUR, THE BLESSED SON OF GOD. HE'S CHANGED MY LIFE, I'VE BEEN SET FREE FROM THIS OLD WORLD OF SIN, IN HIM A NEW CREATION I HAVE BEEN BORN AGAIN. (CHORUS)
YES, WITH HIS SHOUT, I'LL FLY AWAY, CHANGED LIKE A BUTTER FLY.
(VERSE)
THE BIBLE TELLS OF MYSTERIES, AND HOW WE'LL ALL BE CHANGED, MORTAL TO IMMORTAL, IT CANNOT BE EXPLAINED, BUT I SHALL BE LIKE JESUS AND REIGN WITH HIM ON HIGH. -'* HOW CAN I DOUBT HIS PROMISES? I'VE SEEN A BUTTERFLY.
(TAG) YES, WITH HIS SHOUT, I'LL FLY AWAY, CHANGED LIKE A BUTTER FLY.

Going Back In Time

Three Little Fishies
Down in the meadow in an itty bitty pool
Swam three little fishies and a mama fishie too
Swim said the mama fishie, swim if you can
And they swam and they swam all over the Dam
(chorus)
Boop, Boop dittem dattem wattem - chu
Boop, Boop dittem dattem wattem - chu
Boop, Boop dittem dattem wattem - chu
An they swam and they swam all over the dam
Stop! said the mama fishie or you will get lost
The three little fishies didn't want to be bossed
The three little fishies went off on a spree
And they swam and swam right out to the sea
(chorus)
Boop, Boop dittem dattem wattem - chu
Boop, Boop dittem dattem wattem - chu
Boop, Boop dittem dattem wattem - chu
And they swam and they swam right out to the sea
Help! cried the little fishie, look at the whales
And quick as they could they turned on their tails
And back to the pool in the meadow they swam
And they swam and they swam back over the dam
(chorus)
Boop, Boop dittem dattem wattem - chu
Boop, Boop dittem dattem wattem - chu
Boop, Boop dittem dattem wattem - chu
And they Swam and they swam back over the dam
And they Swam and they swam back over the dam
LOL I know you younger ladies are laughing your heads off, but my dear mama used to sing this song, along with several others, and they had the nerve to talk about the songs we sang in the 60's It was a good time, and every generation has some craziness in it, hope you enjoy these older songs and perhaps your moms can tell you a thing or two about them.

Reminising of Days Gone By

We have been talking about days gone by on my message board, and the ladies have brought to mind so many things that we used to have, and used to use, and that are no longer part of our life, some good things, some that were much harder for us as women in the older days.
I am talking in the 60's now, some reading may remember even times before then, but my times of remembering are in that time period. I remember the wringer washing machine, and we had to hang the clothes out on the clothes line because dryers had not been invented yet. I remember a friend using the old petal sewing machine, and my mom making dresses and skirts out of flour sacks, do you remember some of these things. Children playing with paper dolls, and Tonka trucks and in sand boxes out side actually.
The times were much simpler then, and the days did not seem like they passed so quickly. When we went to church everyone was in a dress with hat and gloves, now it is hard to tell the women of the church from the women of the world. Now that is a shame, God told us to come out and be separate, that we are in the world but not of the world, have we forgotten those verses, I am talking mainly to women now, but men you have failed miserably, you have let the women take lead in the homes, the work force, even in some churches. Shame on you guys, step up to the plate now, take back your homes, be head of them, and teach your family the Godly way, Christ set it up, He is the head, men are under him, and the women under the men, then the children, for some reason an just between you and me, "I really think it is Satan", making women blinded to the truth that God has give, she works out side the home, not to support her family, but to have all the things she wants, instead of being at home raising her own children, some one in a day care is doing it, we had a lady in our church told me I cannot stand being home with my children they are such brats, can you imagine that, not being able to stand your own children. Now if you have lost your husband that is a whole other story, and of course I would not be talking to you, but if you are working to have more things then you need to re-think, what is important to you.
Is a new car, or new sofa more important than your children? Or your husband? God forbid if you think it is. It is time Men came back to being Godly men, and women start acting like women again, dress like women, wear your hair like women, make your husband proud that he is married to you, a women. A women created after his image, and he is created after God's image, before you do any thing ask yourself, is this pleasing to the lord, if you have to wonder about it, then it is not pleasing to him. Do all things according to his will, and he will lead you into the paths of righteousness, I hope you ponder on all that I have said, and that you ask the lord if you are pleasing to him. Have a very blessed day, and may God bless you and your home.

"Think carefully about what you are reading"

Mary, had a little Lamb, His fleece was white as snow. And everywhere that Mary went, The Lamb was sure to go. He followed her to school each day, T'wasn't even in the rule It made the children laugh and play, To have The Lamb at school... And then the rules all changed one day, Illegal it became; To bring The Lamb of God to school, Or even speak His Name! Every day got worse and worse, And days turned into years.. Instead of hearing children laugh, We heard gun shots and tears. What must we do to stop the crime, That's in our schools today? Let's let The Lamb come back to school, And teach our kids to pray!

Place hamburger mixture in each cabbage leaf, roll up, tucking all sides under.

Place cabbage rolls seam side down in ungreased large skillet, 9x11 baking dish. Pour tomatoe sauce over cabbage rolls. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. I like to keep basting them with the sauce, makes them moister.

WINDOW THROUGH WHICH WE LOOK
A young couple moves into a new neighborhood. The next morning while they are eating breakfast, The young woman sees her neighbor hanging the wash outside. That laundry is not very clean, she said. She doesn't know how to wash correctly. Perhaps she needs better laundry soap. Her husband looked on, but remained silent. Every time her neighbor would hang her wash to dry, The young woman would make the same comments. About one month later, the woman was surprised to see a Nice clean wash on the line and said to her husband: Look, she has learned how to wash correctly. I wonder who taught her this. "The husband said, I got up early this morning and Cleaned our windows."
And so it is with life. What we see when watching others Depends
on the purity of the window through which we look. This is quite a lesson to learn, and one we all have had to learn, lets never judge others til we have walked in their shoes, or we are willing to help them.
